Warranty terms

Softair.ee is offering buyers the manufacturers warranty on following terms: Manufacturer solely exchanges or repairs new products with manufacturing defects. Manufacturer reserves the right to assess whether a complaint is covered by the warranty or not.

Manufacturing defects handling is divided in 4 main groups:

1. Spring airsoft guns:

  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for the first 6 months
  • If its not possible to repair the product it will be exchanged or refunded.

2. Gas and Co2 airsoft guns and airguns with and without blowback:

  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for a period of 6 months from the shop’s sales date.
  • If its not possible to repair the product it will be exchanged or refunded.

3. Electric airsoft guns are divided 3 main classes:

3.1 Discoveryline Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for a period of 2 month from the shop’s sales date.

3.2 Sportline Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for a period of 6 months from the shop’s sales date.

3.3 Proline Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months from the shop’s sales date.

4. Optics and sights

  • Optics and sights under the Strike System Pro Optics brand with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge for a period of 12 months from the shop’s sales date.
  • If its not possible to repair the product it will be exchanged or refunded.

NB! Batteries are covered only with starting warranty.

Exchange/repair is conditional on the following:

– The product appears as new

– The product must be returned in original packaging to the extent possible

– A receipt with the shop’s sales date must be enclosed with the complaint

– No attempts must have been made to disassemble or open the product

– Movable parts and wearing parts such as springs and seals are not covered by the warranty

– New and original pellets bought from Softair.ee have been used

– The pellets may only be used once

New products that have been exposed to user-related faults will not be repaired or exchanged. Examples of user-related faults are as follows (not exhaustive):

– The equipment has been dropped etc.

– The magazine has not been correctly inserted or removed

– Not suitable bullets are used in gun

Client covers warranty items transport costs to Topweb OÜ, Kesk-Sõjamäe 2, Tallinn, 11415, Estonia.
